With ClubsHR, if an employee wants to request leave, they can do it directly from their account. Admin or Site Managers can then view and action any pending leave applications. Once an employee has submitted a leave request, management is notified by email, and a notification will appear on the dashboard under the Leave block.
1. From the Dashboard, tap Leave.
You can switch between the headings Pending and Archived. Pending are requests that have not been approved or declined. Once you've actioned them, they move to Archived.
2. In Pending, ClubsHR will display a list of employee leave requests, including the date range and the number of requested days.
3. To action any pending leave requests, tap on it to review the information window where you can view further details and approve or deny the request.
