Forgot Password

User Type: All Users - Employees, Admins or Managers

If you have forgotten your password, the process of resetting your password is relatively simple.

1. Follow the below step.

From a browser: Navigate to www.clubshr.io 

From a smartphone: Open the app.

2. When prompted to log in, click on Forgot password?

3. Fill in your email and click Send Me an Email.

4. You will receive a temporary password which you can then head back to the login screen and use along with your email address to log in.

5. Make sure to reset your password on your Smartphone or a Browser. Note: Managers and Admins can use this Smartphone process.
