Alt: Updating your Availability from a Smartphone

 

You can update your Standard Availability or create an Availability Block for a specific week. If you create an Availability Block, this will override your Standard Availability for that week only. 

Updating your Standard Availability

1. Click on the My Shifts tab. If you are an employee, you will only have the My Shifts screen, so you can skip this step.

2. Click on the Standard Availability under my availability header.

3. Click and drag the sliding bars to reflect the days and hours you are available.

4. When you are done, click Update in the bottom right-hand corner.

Adding an Availability Block

1. Click on the My Shifts tab. If you are an employee, you will only have the My Shifts screen, so you can skip this step.

2. Click the Plus (+) button on My Availability.

3. Give the availability block a name.

4. Select the week that this availability will apply for.

5. Set your availability with the sliders.

6. Click Save when you have finished.

7. Click on the red x to remove to delete an additional availability block.
