When using the Xero integration, ClubsHR checks the Xero staff connection in various areas within the software. However, if your staff cannot be linked automatically or the staff is experiencing syncing issues, you can unlink and link the staff by following this article.
1. Go to the Settings tab, then select Xero Employees.
2. To link staff, click Link from the Pending tab for each employee currently showing on this list.
3. You will see a list of Xero staff not currently linked to an employee in ClubsHR. Select one to create the link.
4. If you need to unlink a staff member from Xero, click through to the Linked tab, then click on the red X on the staff member that needs to disconnect from Xero.
