It's really simple! We believe in fair and transparent pricing. We charge based on the number of active employees during the month, which means you can roster a staff member as often and on as many rosters you like each month with no additional costs.

You can 'make inactive' any staff you are not planning on rostering for the month, and you will not be charged for them.

At the end of the month, you will be billed in one easy payment. It's that simple.

 

NOTE: There is a minimum monthly spend of approximately five employees per month. You will incur the minimum monthly fee if you do not have any staff active for any month. 

 

The only other charge is a 5c charge per SMS sent if you also notify staff using SMS messages. So, if you have 20 staff you're notifying about the new roster, it would be 20 x $0.05, being $1.

Both emails and push notifications are free.

To check your billing settings or change plans, start from the dashboard, click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select Account. You can review invoices, change plans, and update settings. If you change plans, you will finish the current month on the existing plan and start the next month on the newly selected plan.

If you want to cancel your subscription/service, you can do this through the Account settings or by contacting support at help@clubshr.com.
