This article covers how to apply an Ordinary Earnings Rate to an employee in Xero so that ClubsHR can publish payroll timesheets to Xero for that user.
Why did you receive the error?
When trying to process payroll from ClubsHR to Xero, if you receive the warning message below, it means at least one of your employees in Xero is missing an Ordinary Earnings Rate.
How do you fix this error?
To fix this issue, within your Xero account, find the employee file, go to the Employment tab and select an Ordinary Hours Rate from the dropdown menu (typically, this is your Ordinary Hours or Monday-Friday rule). Once done, you can return to ClubsHR and process the payroll again.
