Alt: Updating your Availability from a Browser
This article covers how users can update their availability in ClubsHR.
You can update your Standard Availability or create an Availability Block for a specific week. If you create an Availability Block, this will override your Standard Availability for that week only.
Updating your Standard Availability
1. Tap on My Shifts at the bottom of your screen.
2. Tap AVAILS from the top tabs.
3. Tap Standard Availability.
4. To adjust the days and times of availability, adjust the sliding bars on relevant days and click Update.
Adding an Availability Block
1. Tap on My Shifts at the bottom of your screen.
2. Tap AVAILS from the top tabs.
3. Tap the Plus (+) (top right) to create an Availability Block.
4. Give the block a name.
5. Select the week.
NOTE: you can select any day within the weekly roster cycle, and ClubsHR will assign the week based on your organisation's rostering cycle.
6. To adjust the days and times of availability, adjust the sliding bars on relevant days and click Update.
