Staff List Reports

The Staff List report is a handy way to see all the users within your ClubsHR account. You can see their picture, name, contact details, date of birth, staff ID and permissions within the ClubsHR account.

TIP: Staff ID is used for various payroll formats to identify which staff the payroll export or sync is related to. This can help you troubleshoot missing staff in a payroll export. For some payroll export types, if there is no Staff ID or the Staff ID is incorrect, it will not import into your payroll software correctly.

You can also filter the list in various ways.

1. Click on the Reports tab, then select Staff.

2. You can now search the list using the Staff Name / Email or filter the list using the dropdowns for Site or Position. 

3. Click the Inactive button to switch to a list of inactive staff.
