ClubsHR allows you to communicate newly published rosters to staff via three different means. 



Staff will get an email detailing the shifts they have been rostered to work. These details include the date, start and end time of shifts, site and position for each shift.



A staff member will receive an SMS notifying them that a new roster has been published and prompting them to log into their ClubsHR app to see the shifts. Within the app, they can see the details of the shifts. 

NOTE: SMS are charged at $0.05 per message and charged on your monthly ClubsHR invoice.


Push notifications

Push Notifications are the smartphone notifications you receive from apps you have installed on your phone. 

The ClubsHR app will use a push notification to notify the staff to check their app to see their shifts on the new roster.
